    Job Description
    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES / PRINICIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Solution Creation (20%) o Provide counsel to various disciplines (analyst, strategic partners, developers, etc.) and clients on media trafficking to help answers business goals and objectives o Recommend measures to improve efficiency and/or quality of tagging o Lead defining tagging requirements for re-engineering/new development projects o Performs testing for these projects • Service Delivery (60%) o Ad traffic functions associated with the deployment of online advertising campaigns utilizing DART o Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (media, creative, project management, account and analytics) within the agency and the client to optimize and coordinate advertising campaign strategies o Identifying and mitigating project/program risks o Proactively investigate and trouble shoot issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc.) and provide solutions • Integration (20%) o Participates in development and training sessions o Logical and creative thinking for ways innovate and do things better and smarter KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: • Business o Strong logical and analytical thinking skills o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines o Expertise in gathering data, performing analysis and developing reports o Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects based on business needs o Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment o Demonstrated ability to manage own time and work effectively o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining productive and focused in a facet paced, evolving environment o Interest in working in digital media and passion for analytics o Intellectual curiosity and determination • Communication & Leadership o Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences o Experience presenting the media plan to internal project teams/cross-functional team • Technical o Working knowledge of Google DFA/DART o Experience with Digital Ad Technology (Ad Servers, DCM, Bid Management Platforms) o Working knowledge of Paid Search analytics tool (i.e. AdLense/Efficient Frontier, Marin) o Proficient with Excel macros/pivot tables o Working knowledge/familiarity with Javascripts o Working knowledge of Omniture Site Catalyst o Advance proficiency with word processing and business software (Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, Visio) • Client Management o Experience successfully managing client relationships MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Educational Background o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, economics, statistics, applied psychology, research methods or related subject) • Previous Work Experience o 6-8 years of digital media trafficking or relevant experience o Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences o Expertise in developing campaign marketing analysis reports, gathering data, performing analysis and creating client presentations • Experience Preferred o Industry experience o Marketing analysis experience o Digital, and/or CRM marketing experience • Other o Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
